Mod­ule "Site Su­per­vi­sor": Get in-depth train­ing on con­struc­tion site top­ics for com­plex and large res­id­en­tial and non-res­id­en­tial Pass­ive House and En­erPHit pro­jects.

Mod­ule "Com­mis­sion­ing": Learn how to en­sure a suc­cess­ful com­mis­sion­ing of Pass­ive House pro­jects to guar­an­tee an im­ple­ment­a­tion of the plan­ning on the con­struc­tion site without per­form­ance gaps.

Mod­ule "Nav­ig­a­ting Pass­ive House Cer­ti­fic­a­tion": Get fa­mil­i­ar with the Pass­ive House build­ing cer­ti­fic­a­tion pro­cess to be able to achieve it ef­fect­ively and cost-ef­fi­ciently for your pro­jects.

Tak­ing this course will best pre­pare you for the Con­struc­tion Veri­fi­er ex­am - the pre­re­quis­ite for the ad­di­tion­al seal "Con­struc­tion Veri­fi­er".

Module "Site Supervisor"

In large and com­plex pro­jects, con­struc­tion man­agers and prac­ti­tion­ers face many chal­lenges, es­pe­cially with re­gard to en­ergy ef­fi­ciency as­pects.

 

At­tend the Site Su­per­vi­sor course to ex­pand on the skills and know­ledge that are es­sen­tial to suc­cess­fully ex­ecut­ing com­plex and large Pass­ive House and En­erPHit build­ing design on-site.

Look for­ward to nu­mer­ous ex­amples and prac­tic­al in­form­a­tion from Pass­ive House and En­erPHit build­ing sites re­gard­ing con­struc­tion man­age­ment, opaque and trans­par­ent build­ing ele­ments, air­tight­ness and mech­an­ic­al ser­vices and learn to as­sess the im­pact of your de­cisions on the con­struc­tion site on the en­ergy bal­ance of the build­ing.

At­tend this course and get a com­pre­hens­ive re­view of all as­pects in­volved in the plan­ning and ex­ecut­ing the com­mis­sion­ing for MVHR, heat­ing and cool­ing sys­tems and the shad­ing of Pass­ive House and En­erPHit build­ings. Learn about mon­it­or­ing, data ac­quis­i­tion, meas­ur­ing un­cer­tain­ties and soft­ware tools for per­form­ance evalu­ation and op­tim­isa­tion.
