What does the pro­cess of re­new­ing a cer­ti­fic­ate through cred­it points look like?

Now you can eas­ily track the num­ber of ap­proved cred­it points. Points are only cred­ited after Passivhaus In­sti­tut has veri­fied your proof of par­ti­cip­a­tion. Here is how:

1. After log­ging in­to your user ac­count, go to the Ex­ams & Cer­ti­fic­ates tab.

2. When the num­ber of cred­it points you have col­lec­ted en­titles you to re­new your cer­ti­fic­ate:

   • 100 CPs for Cer­ti­fied Pass­ive House De­sign­ers / Con­sult­ants

   • 30 CPs for Cer­ti­fied Pass­ive House Trades­people

   the pre­vi­ously grayed-out Renew certificate but­ton will be­come act­ive Renew certificate .

3. Click on this but­ton and wait for us to con­tact you.

Once the in­voice has been paid, the cer­ti­fic­ate re­new­al pro­cess will be com­pleted.

You will re­ceive an email from us with the re­newed cer­ti­fic­ate as con­firm­a­tion.
