In ad­di­tion, ad­vanced know­ledge of the Pass­ive House Plan­ning Pack­age (PHPP) is im­par­ted, e.g. in or­der to make the PHPP vari­ant cal­cu­la­tion, which is help­ful for re­fur­bish­ment, also us­able for con­struc­tion com­pan­ies. Fur­ther more De­sign­ers/Con­sult­ants will need to know­ledge about eco­nom­ic­al as­pects of ret­ro­fits and qual­ity as­sur­ance as­pects.
