The Importance and Methods of Recertification

As the cer­ti­fic­a­tions are val­id for five years,for or after the peri­od in hand Passivhaus In­sti­tut runs a main­ten­ance pro­grams through which cer­ti­fied pro­fes­sion­als de­mon­strate that they are still per­form­ing tasks re­lated to the cer­ti­fic­a­tion.
 
There­fore show­case your know­ledge, ex­per­i­en­ce and cred­ib­il­ity in the green build­ing mar­ket­place as a Pass­ive House pro­fes­sion­al.
 
To main­tain or re­new the cre­den­tial, all cer­ti­fied Pass­ive House pro­fes­sion­als have fol­low­ing op­tions:

All Cer­ti­fied Pass­ive House De­sign­ers and Con­su­lants with val­id cer­ti­fic­ates are pub­lished in our glob­al dir­ect­ory of in­di­vidu­als who act­ively im­prove their know­ledge in areas re­lated to the PH stand­ard either in prax­is or in the­ory. Fee Schedule

Cer­ti­fic­a­tion Fees are re­quired to main­tain cer­ti­fic­ates. The fees cov­er all ser­vices for check­ing of the sub­mit­ted doc­u­ments by the Pass­ive House In­sti­tu­te (here­after re­ferred to as the PHI), is­sue of the cer­ti­fic­ate or re­new­al of the cer­ti­fic­ate and in­clu­sion of the cer­ti­fic­ate hold­er in the list on the web­site www.pass­ive­house.com for a five-year peri­od.

Cer­ti­ficat­e re­new­al ser­vice is sub­ject to a fee. The fee is pay­able to the Passivhaus In­sti­tut in ad­vance (see more information):

All charges are stated without the stat­utory VAT (19%).
