Cer­ti­fic­ates de­livered by the Pass­ive House In­sti­tu­te stand for high qual­ity and are re­cog­nized world­wide. They can be used for ac­quis­i­tion and ad­vert­ising pur­poses, and may even be a pre­re­quis­ite to take part in some pro­ject pro­pos­als. As a mat­ter of prin­ciple, the cer­ti­fic­ate and seal are meant for per­son­al use only. In ad­di­tion, you will gain vis­ib­il­ity by fig­ur­ing on our Pass­ive House pro­fes­sion­als data­base.

& 9 000+ Pass­ive House Trades­per­son cer­ti­fic­ates

To en­sure that cer­ti­fied Pass­ive House pro­fes­sion­als are up to date, you need to re­new your main cer­ti­fic­ates every 5 years. The cer­ti­fic­ate can be re­newed for as many times as de­sired. If it ex­pires, the pub­lic­a­tion on the web­site will be de­ac­tiv­ated and de­leted after 6 months.

Ad­di­tion­al seals

Ad­di­tion­al train­ing will be cer­ti­fied as an "add-on seal" to the pre­vi­ous Pass­ive House De­sign­er / Con­sult­ant or Trades­per­son cer­ti­fic­ate. These new seals are there­fore used in con­junc­tion with the as­so­ci­ated main per­son­al cer­ti­fic­ate, as il­lus­trated be­low.
