New designPH website!

We have moved the designPH web­site to the same plat­form (cms.pass­ive­house.com) as oth­er PHI web­sites, but you can still ac­cess it through the design­ph.org URL.

This means it does look a bit dif­fer­ent - we hope for the bet­ter - and we have tried to make the nav­ig­a­tion clear­er.
