Mem­ber­ship Con­di­tions

Wheth­er you would like an in­di­vidu­al mem­ber­ship or one for your en­tire or­gan­isa­tion, be­com­ing an iPHA mem­ber is well worth your while!

Mem­ber­ships starts at just 175€ a year, with stu­dents pay­ing just €50 an­nu­ally. To se­cure your mem­ber­ship, simply email us to get star­ted.

Mem­ber­ship ac­cess is gran­ted only upon suc­cess­ful re­gis­tra­tion and re­ceipt of pay­ment. Mem­ber­ship be­ne­fits ap­ply ex­clus­ively to re­gistered mem­bers. For re­gistered com­pan­ies, this in­cludes any lis­ted ac­count users with val­id ac­cess keys (see be­low for de­tails).

 

iPHA Mem­ber­ship Fee Scale

In­di­vidu­als

175€ an­nu­ally, in­cludes full mem­ber be­ne­fits as well as Pas­si­pe­dia and Mem­ber Area ac­cess, comes with 1 ac­cess key.

Or­gan­isa­tions

For pro­fes­sion­al en­tit­ies, in­cludes full mem­ber be­ne­fits ac­cord­ing to the num­ber of ac­cess keys al­lot­ted as well as Pas­si­pe­dia and Mem­ber Area ac­cess.

Each mem­ber­ship type provides one or more ac­cess keys. Please note that each ac­cess key cor­res­ponds to the num­ber of in­di­vidu­als eli­gible for ap­plic­able dis­counts or event registrations (e.g., 2 ac­cess keys = 2 in­di­vidu­als may re­ceive the spe­ci­fied dis­count or can attend a webinar).

*All prices lis­ted ex­clude 19% VAT, where ap­plic­able (all in­ter­na­tion­al non-profit en­tit­ies, European en­tit­ies without a val­id VAT ID num­ber and all Ger­man en­tit­ies must be charged 19% VAT).

Stu­dent dis­count

Full-time students who submit a copy of a valid student ID pay only €50 for the annual membership fee. Proof of stu­dent status must be sent to iPHA with­in 4 weeks via email. iPHA re­tains the right to ter­min­ate ac­cess/mem­ber­ship should such proof not be sub­mit­ted.

 

Mem­ber­ship re­new­al

An­nu­al fees must be paid in full to iPHA be­fore the end of each term to en­sure un­in­ter­rup­ted ac­cess to iPHA be­ne­fits. Re­new­al in­struc­tions, in­clud­ing the pay­ment re­new­al link, will be sent to each mem­ber pri­or to the mem­ber­ship ex­pir­a­tion date.
 

Mem­ber­ship can­cel­la­tion

If not re­newed, the iPHA mem­ber­ship will be auto­mat­ic­ally de­ac­tiv­ated upon ex­pir­a­tion. Please note that iPHA does not of­fer par­tial or full re­funds if a mem­ber chooses to can­cel their mem­ber­ship be­fore the end of the mem­ber­ship peri­od.

Oth­er un­biased, in­de­pend­ent Pass­ive House As­so­ci­ations wish­ing to get in­volved with iPHA are wel­come to con­tact iPHA dir­ec­tly

Al­tern­at­ively, they may be­come mem­bers as an or­gan­isa­tion by filling out the iPHA re­gis­tra­tion form.
