This advanced course is worth 16 PHI credit points is primarily aimed at contractors to develop understanding of EnerPHit and deep fabric retrofits.

Problem solving is emphasised on this course to help participants tackle unforeseen changes on site.

Topics covered include:

• What the EnerPHit and other retrofit standards entail.
• Critical aspects including insulation, moisture, airtightness, thermal bridging, ventilation, heat pumps and overheating.
• How to ensure quality is delivered on site.
• How to manage and reduce the risk of unforeseen changes.

Participants will be taught by a team of selected practicing professionals at the forefront of Net Zero and energy-efficient buildings, who will share best practices, enabling you to deliver low-energy buildings that perform.
