Description: RMI’s new report Decarbonizing Homes: Improving Health in Low-Income Communities through Beneficial Electrification synthesizes how a holistic approach to retrofitting housing, supported by Passive House methodologies, can reduce harmful exposures and vulnerabilities associated with environmental racism, persistent poverty, and other social determinants of health. It also makes recommendations for action – for empowering underserved communities. Hear about the report, the strategies, followed by a discussion with the presenters, PHN Executive Director, Ken Levenson, and your questions.
