Cold Climate Webinar Series #3:
Lessons Learned from the Fort St. John 50-Unit Passive House

JUNE 9, 2021 from 12pm - 1pm ET (9am - 10am PT)

The Fort St. John 50-Unit Passive House is a highly energy-efficient, affordable rental housing building located in the northern town of Fort St. John, British Columbia. This unique project was in partnership with BC Housing, British Columbia’s Housing Management Commission, and BC Hydro, and designated as the largest Passive House building of its kind in Canada at the time of construction.

In this session, we look forward to an engaging discussion chatting with the design, build and consultant team behind this project including Paul Hammond of Low Hammond Rowe Architects, Doug Mackie of WCPG Construction, and Stuart Fix of ReNü Engineering.

In collaboration with Parks Canada, do not miss this session geared to better inform the design community, contractors, engineers, and tradespeople on how to meet design and building standards for new builds seeking to achieve Passive House certification.
