This month, we will be chatting with Jeremiah Point, who hails from the Indigenous community of Akwesasne, a Mohawk community near Cornwall, Ontario.

Jeremiah Point is a Certified Passive House Designer/Consultant and owner of Point Engineering, a company based in the Territory of Akwesasne. As a proud Akwesasro:non, hear more about how he balances the need to bring resilient, energy-efficient, high performance buildings with the culturally-appropriate needs of his community. Chris and Jeremiah will also speak about the greater opportunity for advocating on policy, and increasing education and awareness of Passive House buildings into Indigenous communities within Canada.
