This conference will facilitate the development and implementation of energy efficient building technologies in the Russian Federation based on the experience of Western Europe. Residential and public building pilot projects, the development and introduction of energy-efficient concepts on regional scales, and practical experience in reducing energy consumption in the construction sector will also be drawn upon. The event traditionally brings together more than 150 participants and 40 speakers on the design, implementation, and practical operation of energy efficient buildings in the Russian Federation, the CIS countries, and Western Europe.
