Introduction to Passive House Standard: 18th January (9.30pm – 4.30pm) Cost: £180 + VAT Britain might be the furthest behind in Passive House technology, but we are one of the fastest catching up. This is the standard of the future. The Scottish Passive House Centre has been very influential in the implementation and development of the Passive House standard in the U.K. so far. We have been responsible for the certification of the first affordable passive housing scheme in Scotland (Tygh-Na-Cladach, Dunoon) and the first certified private Passive House in England (Underhill House Warwickshire) which featured on channel 4’s grand designs show in September. Come along to our seminar to find out more about the passive house concept , the myths surrounding passive house and our experiences in passive house so far in Scotland and the rest of the UK.
